Level: Beginner

 

Let your creativity shine through as you make the perfect mosaic to put in your house or give as a gift. The student will begin by choosing what item they would like to mosaic and selecting from our extensive assortment of glass tiles and various other objects. The students will carefully learn how to cut and grind glass to their desired shapes and sizes. Then the students will design their very own mosaic art taking it in any direction that they wish. No way is wrong here. The instructor is available during this time to help assist anyone who wants help with their design or inspiration. When the layout has been decided, the student will then learn to adhere the glass pieces to the surface of the object they wish to mosaic. The project will be left at this point to dry. Students will then return after a few days and chose the grout of their choice from our large selection of colors. The instructor will then teach how to properly grout the glass and clean it.
