✨ Glass Fused Orb Fundraiser Sunday, February 15th | 1:00–3:00 PM 📍 Church of the Immaculate Conception 1180 State Highway 206, Greene, NY 13778 Join Jablon Studios for a creative, family-friendly glass fusion workshop benefiting the Church of the Immaculate Conception. This hands-on class is a beautiful way to support the church while creating a one-of-a-kind glass artwork to enjoy year-round. 🔮 Project Options Participants will create a 6” fused glass orb that can be finished in one of the following ways: Sun Catcher – $55 • 6” fused glass orb • Glass may extend beyond the edge for a dynamic, organic look • Hanging hardware included Orb in Wooden Stand – $60 • 6” fused glass orb • Displayed upright in a wooden stand • Glass may extend beyond the edge Optional Metal Stand (as pictured) – +$25 • $80 total with orb • Metal stand not included unless selected 🎨 Materials & Techniques Participants will work with a wide variety of professional glass materials, including: Transparent & opaque glass Glass dots Glass lace Glass stringer Murrine flowers You’ll learn: How to cut and shape glass safely How to use glass dots, powders, and stringer Layering techniques for depth and movement Proper glass adhesion and layout No experience is needed — this class is beginner-friendly, kid-friendly, and welcoming for our friends with incredible talents as well. 🔥 Finishing & Pickup All glass pieces will be kiln-fired by Jablon Studios after the class. Finished artwork will be ready for pickup within 2–3 weeks and may be picked up either at the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Greene or at Jablon Studios. ⚠️ Important Info - No refunds If you are unable to attend or finish your project, it may be completed during any Open Studio session at Jablon Studios (offered 6 days a week)
