🎄✨ Glass Fused Ornament Workshop with Girl Scout Troop 40116! ✨🎄 Join us for one of our most popular and meaningful holiday events — the Glass Fused Ornament Workshop — hosted with Girl Scout Troop 40116 on Tuesday, December 17th at 6:00 PM at the American Legion, 90 Spencer Road, Candor, NY 13743! 🇺🇸 NOTE: the 2 ornament option can not be split between two people. In this super fun and festive class, you’ll design and create TWO beautiful glass fused ornaments — perfect for your holiday tree, your window, or as heartfelt handmade gifts! 🎁💫 You’ll learn to cut, design, and layer glass, and work with an amazing variety of materials including: ✨ curly & straight glass stringers (made right here at our studio!) ✨ colorful glass dots ✨ delicate glass lace ✨ vibrant glass powders ✨ gorgeous glass murrini flowers ✨ and so much more! We’ll teach you how to layer and combine different types of glass to create incredible melted effects — every ornament turns out completely unique and magical! We’ll bring a huge selection of glass colors in both transparent and opaque, along with tons of decorative accents and pre-cut shapes to inspire your creativity. 🌈❄️ This is a wonderful class for kids and families, and no experience is necessary! Our friendly and experienced instructors will guide everyone step-by-step, making it easy and exciting for all ages. \ Once your ornaments are complete, we’ll fire them in our kiln and have them ready for pickup within one week. There will be a Candor pickup location (details to be announced soon) as well as pickup available at Jablon Studios in Vestal. \ 💖 This is our most important fundraiser of the year! Your participation helps support Jablon Studios’ community art programs and projects — so when you join us, you’re not only creating something beautiful, you’re helping spread creativity throughout our community. ⚠️ Please note: there are no refunds, but if you can’t attend, you may make your ornaments during any of our six open studio sessions per week at Jablon Studios.
