🍃🦜 HYPERTUFA RHUBARB LEAF WORKSHOP! 🦜🍃 📅 Saturday, September 26, 2026 ⏰ 10:00 AM 📍 Jablon Studios 2240 Coleman St., Vestal, NY 13850 Come get messy and turn a REAL rhubarb leaf into an amazing piece of garden art! 🌿✨ DRESS FOR THE MESS! We will be outside for this project! Using Hypertufa — a lightweight concrete mixture — you’ll capture all the beautiful veins, texture and details of a giant rhubarb leaf. Choose your project: 🐦 BIRD BATH — Shape your leaf into a curved form that can hold water. 🌿 STEPPING STONE — Keep it flatter to create a beautiful piece for your garden or landscape. 🪨 YOU’LL LEARN: ✨ How to mix Hypertufa ✨ How to use a real leaf as a mold ✨ How to capture the leaf’s natural details ✨ Shaping & forming techniques ✨ Proper curing for a strong finished piece ⏳ IMPORTANT CURING INFO: Your leaf stays at the studio in its mold after class and will be ready for pickup approximately 4–5 days later. 💦 Once you bring it home, you’ll need to place it in a bin of water for approximately 30 days. This allows the cement to cure slowly and properly and helps create a stronger finished piece. We’ll explain the entire process in class! 🙌 No experience needed — great for beginners! ♿ Wheelchair accessible. ⚠️ NO REFUNDS: Registrations are non-refundable.
