Create a One-of-a-Kind Mosaic or Epoxy Glass Window 🗓 Tuesdays: July 15, 22, and 29 🕕 6:00–8:30 PM 📍 Jablon Studios, 2240 Coleman St, Vestal, NY 13850 Join us for a 3-part creative workshop where you'll design and build a stunning glass art window using your choice of traditional mosaic or dimensional epoxy techniques. You’ll have access to a wide variety of materials including glass powders, stringers, mirror, beach glass, dishes, wine bottles, glass tile, stained glass, epoxy sprinkles and dyes, and glass cubes. Choose to create a classic grouted mosaic design, or opt for a clear, 3D epoxy window using layered glass for a see-through effect. If you choose epoxy, the material fee typically ranges from $20–$40, depending on how much you use. You’ll learn how to cut and shape glass to build your design and bring your vision to life—whether you’re creating a traditional mosaic or an epoxy-based artwork. We'll also show you how to make your own crushed glass and beach glass in the colors of your choice, and how to seal and prep your window for outdoor display. Hanging hardware will be provided so your piece is ready to install. You may bring your own window or use one of ours at no extra cost. If you'd like to incorporate personal dishware, feel free to bring it—limited pieces are available to share. No experience is necessary, and the class is suitable for kids with adult supervision.
