Ralph Ingalls Building 💛 A portion of proceeds supports preservation and continued community use of this important space. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦✨ Great for kids & fully inclusive. This class welcomes children, families, and individuals of all developmental abilities. Instruction is supportive and adaptive so everyone creates confidently at their own pace. No experience necessary. ✝️ What You’re Making: A 12” tall mosaic glass cross mounted on a wooden base with a wooden border — ready to hang and display year-round. Design your cross using a wide variety of materials to create something traditional, modern, symbolic, or bold — your layout, your vision. 🎨 Participants will choose: • Grout color (which dramatically changes the final look) • Paint color for the wooden border Your color choices make the piece completely personal. 🧩 What You’ll Learn: • How to design a strong mosaic layout • Cutting and shaping glass & tile • Proper adhesive techniques • Color balance and composition ✨ What’s Included: • 12” wooden cross base with wooden border • Hanging hardware • Large selection of glass tiles • Stained glass pieces • Mirror • Gems, beads, chains & specialty embellishments • Adhesives & tools • Step-by-step instruction • Professional grouting & sealing (completed after class) An additional decorative hanging chain may be added for $5. Yes — pieces will be professionally grouted and sealed so they come out clean, polished, and beautifully finished. Once grouted, colors deepen, lines sharpen, and the entire design truly comes together. 🔥 📦 Pick-Up Info: Ready in approximately 2 weeks.
