Participants can choose between two sizes: • Large Garden Stake – 4" x 10" glass panel mounted on a 2-ft stainless steel pole • Small Garden Stake – 2" x 6" glass panel mounted on a 1-ft stainless steel pole All poles are spray painted black with Rust-Oleum to prevent rust and are designed to be left outside year-round. 🧡 What You’ll Learn: • Safe glass cutting and shaping • Layering glass for color and design • Creating decorative glass details • How kiln firing transforms glass into a smooth, glossy finished piece ✨ What’s Included: • Glass base panel (large or small) • Hundreds of colors of sheet glass • Decorative frit and accents • Stainless steel stake pole • Step-by-step instruction • Professional kiln firing & finishing 🔥 After firing, each piece becomes smooth, glossy, and beautifully fused, creating a durable outdoor art piece that will last for years. 🌱 Installation Tip: If you have rocky soil, buckets with expanding foam anchors can be used to secure the stakes — just ask if you’d like help setting this up. 🍷 Venue Experience: Waterman’s offers a full café and tasting experience — come early or stay after for food, drinks, and desserts in a beautiful setting. ⚠️ Accessibility Note: This event space requires the use of stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. 📦 Pick-Up Info: Projects will be ready in approximately 2 weeks. Pick-up options: • Waterman’s Cafe (date announced after event) • Jablon Studios (Vestal) 🛠 Repair Friendly: If anything ever breaks, we can always fix it at the studio. 🎟 No refunds.
